We are a factory, not a trading company

YH COOLFX operates its own production and assembly facility in Guangdong Province, China. We design, machine, assemble and test cold sparkler machines and stage effect equipment in-house. Because there is no trading layer between our workshop and your warehouse, you get factory-direct pricing, direct access to the engineers who build the machines, and full control over customisation.

Our team has been working in stage effects since 2014. In that time we have supplied more than 50,000 units to rental companies, event production houses, distributors and venues across more than 40 countries — from hotel ballrooms in Europe to festival main stages in Southeast Asia.

What we manufacture

• Cold sparkler machines — single and dual nozzle cold spark machines from 400 W to 1200 W, for indoor and outdoor use.
• Stage fountain machines — high-output units for outdoor festivals and arena productions.
• Low fog and smoke machines — dry-ice-free low fog generators for aisles, stages and themed attractions.
• Control systems — DMX512 master consoles designed specifically for cold spark rigs.
• Consumables — premium titanium cold spark powder, available under your own brand.

Quality control

Every unit goes through a four-stage quality process before it is packed for export:

1. Incoming material inspection — aluminium, heating elements and control boards are checked against specification on arrival.
2. Assembly line checks — wiring, insulation resistance and grounding are verified at each assembly station.
3. Full-load burn-in — each machine runs a continuous duty cycle to catch heating or control faults early.
4. Final QC and packing — function test, cosmetic inspection, accessory count, then export-grade packaging.

Our products carry CE and RoHS certification, and MSDS documentation is available for all consumables. We can also arrange third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) at your request before shipment.

OEM and ODM

A large share of our output ships under our customers' own brands. We support:

• Custom input voltage and plug type (US, EU, UK, AU, and others)
• Custom housing colour and finish
• Laser-engraved or screen-printed logos on the machine body
• Private-label packaging, manuals and cartons
• New product development from your sketches or reference samples

Tooling and development costs are quoted case by case, and we can often absorb them against a committed first order volume.

Export experience

We ship worldwide by sea, air and express. Our documentation team prepares commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin (including Form A / FTA certificates where applicable), and CE declarations. We work comfortably with EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms, and we can consolidate mixed orders into a single shipment to reduce your freight cost.
