Yes. Cold spark machines generate sparks at a low temperature that will not ignite surrounding materials, which is why they are widely used in hotel ballrooms, wedding venues and television studios. That said, always follow local fire regulations and keep the unit clear of flammable décor.

MOQ is flexible — typically 5–20 pcs for machines and 200+ bags for consumables. If you need to evaluate quality first, sample orders of 1–2 units can be arranged at a sample price.

Our standard terms are T/T 30% deposit with the balance before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight, and Western Union or PayPal for sample orders. Long-term customers can discuss more flexible arrangements.

Samples ship in 7–15 days. Bulk orders take 25–40 days depending on model and quantity. Sea freight adds roughly 15–35 days depending on destination; air freight and express are faster but pricier for heavy equipment.

Yes. We support custom input voltage, plug type, housing colour, laser-engraved or printed logos, and private-label packaging and manuals. For ODM projects we can develop a new product from your sketches or reference samples; development costs are quoted case by case and can often be absorbed against a committed order volume.

All machines carry a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, and we ship replacement parts free of charge within that period. Consumables such as spark powder are excluded. We also provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance for the life of the product.

Our machines are CE and RoHS certified. MSDS documentation is available for cold spark powder. If your market requires additional certification, we can arrange third-party inspection and testing through SGS, BV or TUV before shipment.

We produce both 110V and 220V versions with US, EU, UK, AU and other plug types. Tell us your target market when you inquire and we will configure the units accordingly — there is no extra charge for standard voltage variants.

Yes. We keep spare parts and consumables in stock for all current models, and we can set up a recurring supply arrangement with agreed pricing so your rental fleet is never out of action mid-season.

Yes, and we recommend it. Mixed orders of machines plus consumables can be packed into a single container or consolidated LCL shipment to reduce your freight cost. We will calculate the optimal loading plan for your order.

We welcome factory visits. Our facility is in Guangdong Province, roughly one hour from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. Let us know your travel dates and we will arrange the itinerary, including production line tour and product testing.
